*sigh* Where do I begin?

First off, let me start by saying that Repo! The Genetic Opera is one of my all-time favorite movies. This... this is painful to look at. I heard the concept for this movie. I sighed, but I wanted to give it a chance anyway. Then I saw the trailer. Oh my god this movie is going to blow. They took the concept of Repo! and blended it together with Minority Report and a buddy-cop movie. Why? Sweet mother of Christ, why?

And don't tell me, "But Necro, Repo Men can't be a rip-off of Repo! The Genetic Opera. Repo Men is based on a book." Yeah, a book that was published last year. Whereas Repo! is based on a stage play that was written four years ago. I still call rip-off!

It's times like this when Hollywood makes me sick to my stomach and I, yet again, lose faith in humanity.
